Working on building small and large muscle development and proper engagement, this class will help to strengthen the areas most often affected by osteoporosis: the shoulders, wrists, hips and spine. With the use of wall space, bands and light weights, you will learn to engage the muscles associated with better spinal alignment as well as back and core muscle engagement. Exercises presented in this class are Osteoporosis Canada approved, and we will move through consistent strengthening exercises with room to add variations as you become more confident in the movements.
